Gallagher hired as Hickman City Manager

David Gallagher has been offered the City Manager's post for the City of Hickman.

Hickman City Commissioners James Adams, Robert Griggs, Judy Powell, and Hickman Mayor Heath Carlton voted tonight during regular Commission session to hire David Gallagher as Hickman City Manager, effective June 17.

Gallagher previously served as Fulton County's Judge/Executive, as well as a Liaison between the Fulton County Fiscal Court and the Fulton County Detention Center. He currently serves on the Ken-Tenn EMS board, as Chair.
