John Davis, of Fulton, towing a vehicle heading west on Lake Street on July 24, at approximately 3:45 p.m., made a U-turn and the towed vehicle became unhooked from Davis’ vehicle and struck the front window of Lifeline, located at 424 Lake St., Fulton, causing damage to the front of the building.
