JANE S. SCOTT

Jane S. Scott, a resident of Elkton and formerly of Clinton, died Sept. 8 at Hearthstone Place in Elkton. She was 94.
Services were held at 10 a.m. Sept. 10 at Latham Funeral Home, of Elkton, with Mark Claxton and Frankie Brown officiating. Burial followed at Clark Cemetery in Clinton. Visitation was held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. Latham Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her sisters, Bobbye Ann McIntosh, of Hopkinsville, and Amanda Sweeney, of Port Charlotte, Fla.; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter D. and Susie Corbitt Woods; her brother, Clyde Woods and her sister, Ola Waggoner.
Born Sept. 21, 1924 in Humphries County, Tenn., she was retired from Chrysler Corporation in Michigan after 30 years of service. She was a member of Little River Baptist Church, in Herndon, and formerly of Calvary Baptist in Elkton.
