SAFE SWIMMERS – Children who participated in the safe swimmers class last week, and were rewarded for its completion with a certificate, medal and party, included Carlisle Perry and James Gammon Hicks, age 3; Ryker Wyland, Brooklyn Darden and John Campbell Clark, age 4; Corbin Williams, age 5; Ailey Farmer, Miloh Turner and Madix Turner, age 7; and Hannah Williams, age 10. The classes were taught under the direction of instructors Sharye Hendrix and Ann Bard at Fulton Country Club pool. More classes are scheduled through July. (Photo by Benita Fuzzell)
