* Until 1015 AM CDT.

* At 712 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving north through the region that will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches have already fallen.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.

This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
