SFHS BETA CLUB MOVING ONTO NATIONALS

The South Fulton High School Beta Club recently attended the state Beta convention Nov. 21-23 and the regional leadership conference that was attended in October, SFHS Beta Club has seven bids to nationals in Ft. Worth in June. Those receiving bids include Aaliyah McKnight, Fifth Place in Creative Writing Division I; Mary Pitts, Fourth Place in Recycled Art Division I; Lilly Holzner, Fourth Place in Jewelry Division I; Jake Lilly, Second Place in Social Studies Division II; John Grant McConnell, First Place in Agriscience Division II; and Jake Clapper, Olivia Murphy, Emily Gaskins, First Place in Portfolio/Scrapbook. Bids also received were the G.O.L.D. Key Award for Convention Growth, and National Qualifier for Service Snapshot from Regional Leadership Summit. (Photo submitted)
