Local man arrested by Fulton County Sheriff's deputies

Fulton County Sheriff deputies, along with Obion County Sheriff’s deputies, went to an address in the Brownsville community on Feb. 3, in regards to a series of thefts that have occurred in the area in the past few weeks.

While on scene Deputies located the resident, Caleb Rice of Obion County, to be in possession of several firearms and drug paraphernalia.

Inside the residence more firearms and methamphetamine paraphernalia were located. A short time later at a neighboring residence more guns were found hidden in a barn.

Rice was arrested and charged with possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense “methamphetamine”, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
