Banana Ball features ‘local taste’

A catered dinner, appetizers and desserts from local restaurants and live entertainment will be provided to those who attend this year’s Banana Ball, set for Sept. 8, from 7 p.m. to midnight at Buck’s Celebration Center in South Fulton.

According to event organizers, Danielle Grogan and Cassie Jones, the catered meal, appetizers and desserts will be provided by a number of Fulton County and South Fulton restaurants.

The Remedies will provide live music for listening and dancing, featuring a diverse and deep song list, enhanced by DJ, Mac Savvy, who will spin favorites and guest requests during the cover band’s breaks.

Admission is $75 for single and $100 for a couple, and includes the dinner, appetizers, desserts, beverages and entertainment.

Registration forms are available at the Fulton Tourism Commission office inside the Fulton City Hall, the Twin Cities Chamber of Commerce inside the South Fulton Municipal Complex and Jones Logistics, 1010 Middle Road in Fulton, across the street from McDonalds.
