Tennessee Gov. Lee extends expiring registrations, driver's licenses, handgun carry permits

Tennessee Governor Bill Lee signed Tennessee Executive Order 15 May 19, which extended expiring motor vehicle registrations, driver’s license, and valid enhanced handgun carry permits.

Motor vehicle registrations expiring between March 12, 2020 and May 18, 2020 are now extended until June 15, 2020.

Driver’s licenses expiring between March 12, 2020 and May 18, 2020 are now extended six months from the current expiration date.

Valid enhanced handgun carry permits expiring between March 12, 2020 and May 18, 2020 are now extended six months from the current expiration date.
