Director of Schools of Obion County announces closure

The Current was notified tonight by Tim Watkins Director of Schools for Obion County Schools, that the system's schools will be closed for the remainder of the school year. Food service will continue at the same locations and times for meals and instructional materials will continue to be made available to students through the end of the school year. According to Watkins, parents may inquire to teachers via email, or by calling each school office, in the event a printed copy of study materials is needed.
