SOUTH FULTON CITY SEND-OFF

Carolyn Garmon, second from left, was honored for her 42 years of service to the City of South Fulton this week, having been a mainstay in the city hall’s front office to assist city residents over the four decades of her career. Garmon was feted to a retirement party on Monday, her final day of employment.
