Public access to the Sept. 14 Fulton City Commission meeting at Fulton City Hall will be obtainable through in-person attendance as well as through the use of Zoom videoconferencing.

The 6 p.m. meeting will include limited available seating for guests, with chairs arranged to accommodate social distancing.

The Commission and Mayor will gather at the commission room's conference table to use the projector, camera setup and microphone.

Consider Municipal Order 2020-19, Approval of minutes of a regular meeting Aug. 24, 2020; remarks and requests from visitors; voucher review; update on East Fulton Flooding issue; consider Municipal Order 2020-20, authorization for the city not to participate in the Payroll Tax Deferral Option Plan from the President's Executive Order; Consider Municipal Order 2020-21, Authorization for the City Manager to Submit grant paperwork to the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund for the Farmers Market Project and to Authorize the Mayor to sign any and all Documents necessary for the submission of the grant application; second reading of City Ordinance 2020-06, for Enacting and Adopting a Supplement to the City Code of Ordinances; Continue discussion on setting the 2020 city property tax rates; other business from the City Manager, Commissioners, City Attorney and Mayor.
