THE HIGHEST HONOR FOR THE GREATEST SACRIFICE

All branches of the United States Armed Forces are honored and recognized on the most recent memorial to pay tribute to service men and women in the Twin Cities, erected in Fulton’s Pontotoc Park. Covid related restrictions prohibited the gathering of area Veterans at Fulton’s Pontotoc Park Community Center on Veterans Day Nov. 11, for their annual dinner, and also put a hold on the traditional programs customarily held at area schools to recognize those who have served and continue to serve, to defend and preserve freedom.
