According to notification received by The Current from Obion County Director of Schools Tim Watkins this afternoon, South Fulton Elementary will be going to full distance learning for all students beginning Monday Nov. 16 through Tuesday, Nov. 24, due to a sudden spike in positive COVID cases and associated quarantines. Students will resume in person classes on Monday, Nov. 30, following the pre-scheduled Thanksgiving holiday break. While the students are participating in distance learning, the building will be thoroughly disinfected and be safe for the students to return to on 11/30
