AREA OBITUARIES -- ERMIE PRINCE FERGUSON AREA OBITUARIES -- ERMIE PRINCE FERGUSON

Ermie Prince Ferguson, a resident of Salem and formerly of Fulton, died Dec. 5 at Salem Springlake Health & Rehab Center in Salem. He was 92.

Private graveside services was held Dec. 8 at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Randy McClure officiating. Byrn Funeral Home, in Mayfield, was in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by two sons, Leon Harp, Jr. and Don B. Harp, both of Florida; one daughter, Lea Angela (Nicholas) Keierleber, of Porterfield, Wisc.; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvis Ferguson; two brothers, Glen Prince and Robert Prince; two sisters, Luella Harp and Genita Mayne; and her parents, Cloys and Dora Dunn Prince.

She was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, in Fulton,a retired supervisor for Bell South, and a retired substitute teacher.
