CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK

Fulton Tourism Commission’s Christmas in the Park event was held Dec. 5, with recently named Twin Cities Chamber Citizen of the Year Darcy Linn given the honor of the lighting of the community Christmas tree. Linn was introduced by Fulton Mayor David Prater, who welcomed those in attendance.
Children visited while socially distancing with Santa and his helpers in the Pontotoc Park Gazebo.
Following the lighting of the tree, a fireworks show was enjoyed as Christmas music played and families participated in a Story Walk. The Twin Cities Men’s Organization chili supper fundraiser, this year was packaged to go for those who attended. (Photos by Benita Fuzzell)
