Consider Municipal Order 2020-43 authorizing the Mayor to sign an Agreement between The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board and the City of Fulton for sum of up to eighty-eight thousand one hundred and fifty dollars to construct a farmer’s market pavilion.

Consider Municipal Order 2020-44 authorizing the Mayor to accept property and sign the deed regarding property located at 302 Cedar as a donation form Marty Moore.

Consider Municipal Order 2020-45 declaring the structure at 302 Cedar surplus and suitable to be demolished.

Consider Municipal Order 2020-46 authorizing the Mayor to accept and sign the deed regarding property located at 404 & 405 Martin Luther King Jr Drive as a donation from Twin Cities Restoration Foundation.
