FCHS alum earns National Degree

Jelynda Elliott, an alumna of the Fulton County High School and former member of their Future Farmers of America chapter, received her National FFA American Degree on Oct. 26, 2020.
She is one of 64 FFA members from Fulton County High School to have received her American Degree since the chapter was chartered.
During her time in FFA, she served as Community Committee Chair from 2016 to 2017, Treasurer from 2017 to 2018, and President from 2018 to 2019.
She was very involved in the chapter during her four years at Fulton County High School, receiving the Murray State ALL Star award, competing in numerous Career and Leadership Development events, and attending multiple state and national FFA conventions.
She is attending Murray State University, where she is earning her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, with an emphasis in Business Economics Marketing Management and a minor in finance.
