Special Called Session of Fulton County Fiscal Court Feb. 23

Fulton County Fiscal Court will hold a Special Called Meeting Feb. 23, at 12:30 p.m. in the Fulton County Fiscal Court conference room, with one item on the agenda: adjournment from open public session into closed executive session for the purpose of discussion of potential litigation pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statute 61.810(1)(c), which lists as an exception to open meetings, "proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of a public agency."
