    PECAN FESTIVAL ROYALTY – Hickman Recreation and Tourism – HRTCC named Lydia Collins, left, Pecan Princess; and Karlie Williams, right, Pecan Queen. Collins is a fifth grade student at Fulton County Middle School, and the daughter of Aaron and Chanelle Collins of Fulton; Williams; is a senior at Fulton County High School, and the daughter of Phillip and Merry Williams of Hickman.
