Chalk it up to creative fun, when the walking trail through South Fulton’s Unity Park becomes a blank canvas for artists of all ages. There is no entry fee to participate in the Chalk Art Extravaganza, set for Sept. 12, with registration at 5 p.m.

Ribbons will be awarded to the Top Chalk Art artists.

Washable chalk will be provided, or those who participate may provide their own chalk.

An entry form is required, to be signed by a parent or guardian of minors.

Preceding the Chalk Art Extravaganza, a free community meal will be provided by Tyson, in the parks, with Faith and Family night performances to take place on the Unity Park stage.
