The Fulton City Commission will meet in regular monthly session tonight, Monday, April 26 at 6 p.m. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda lists the following items: call to order, invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, Roll Call, Remarks and requests from visitors, City Attorney's report, Old business, update on Meadowview Drainage problem, follow up discussion on the presentation on HomeServe Program Agreement from Allie Terrell, consider Municipal Order 2020-64 authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement with HomeServe Program to be offered to water and sewer customers; New Business, vouchers review, consider Municipal Order to reappoint to the Planning and Zoning Board, David Ware, George Garmon II, Casey Kirby-Browning, Debbie Jerman and Gary Fulcher; consider Municipal Order authorizing the City Manager Mike Gunn to accept a proposal from FHCEDP, Fulton-Hickman Counties Economic Development Partnership, to remodel the conference room not to exceed $15,440; consider Municipal Order authorizing Gunn to purchase a Kubota Utility Vehicle, street ready for Public Works Department, not to exceed $16,575; Read Resolution Adopting and Approving the Execution of Municipal Aid Co-op Program Contract; consider Municipal Order 2020-73 authorizing Mayor Prater to sign an Agreement for the Municipal Co-op Program Contract; continue discussion on Sanitation Proposal Services; other business from City Manager, Commissioners, City Attorney, Mayor.
