BUILDING AT INTERSECTION REPORTEDLY SCHEDULED FOR DEMOLITION NEXT WEEK

CITY MANAGER REPORTS NOTIFICATION OF DEMOLITION SCHEDULED

According to South Fulton City Manager Johnny Bacon, he has been notified by Gary Grooms, owner of a structure located at the intersection of State Line/Broadway and Commercial, in Fulton/South Fulton, that demolition is scheduled for next week on the former location of Buttercup Bistro, damaged in a motor vehicle accident in January.

Since the accident, the intersection has been closed to through traffic, with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet posting signage alerting motorists to detours.
