PUBLIC HEARING RE: FULTON ZONING CHANGE, PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TONIGHT

The City of Fulton Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing tonight, Thursday, June 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the Fulton City Hall Commission Room for the purpose of the planning staff's recommendation to rezone property at 600 Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Fulton.

The City of Fulton Planning and Zoning Board will meet tonight, June 24 at 6 p.m., with the following items listed on the agenda: call to order, roll call, old business, entertain a motion for approval of the minutes from a meeting held on April 22, 2021; new business, staff report on updating the City of Fulton Zoning Code, staff report on tiny houses and discussion on zoning requirements; entertain a motion on approval for training, categories of land use, one hour credit; entertain a motion to adjourn.

Both meetings are open to the public.
