Full Fourth of July festivities found in Fulton this weekend

Fulton Tourism Commission will offer two days of Independence Day weekend celebrations, beginning with a free concert at downtown Fulton’s Pontotoc Park July 3, beginning at 6 p.m. featuring Creative Jazz-Tim Stanek at the piano, followed by a Senior Sock Hop featuring music from the 1950s and 1960s, by Larry Morgan.
Those planning to attend may bring lawn chairs or blankets, with vendors and food trucks available along the downtown area’s Vendor Row.
On Sunday, July 4, the Fulton Tourism Commission will provide free general admission to the first 300 spectators for the Fulton Railroaders’ home game at Lohaus Field, against Muhlenberg County, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Following the Railroaders’ game, the Tourism Commission will provide a giant fireworks show, launched from Fulton’s City Park.
