TWIN CITIES "TRUNKS AND TREATS" OCT. 23

Twin Cities Trunks-n-Treats will be held this year, through a partnership between the City of South Fulton's Parks and Recreation Board, and the City of Fulton's Parks Board, Oct. 23, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

South Fulton's Unity Park and Fulton's Pontotoc Park will be the locations for trunk-or-treat candy collection, a hayride, Fall Festival games, a costume contest, story walk and lots of other special activities for children of all ages, and their families.

Free hot dogs, chips and drinks will be available.

Groups, churches, civic organizations and families may set up a trunk-or-treat station, to distribute candy to children in attendance, in the parking lot of Unity Park, on a first come-first serve basis, beginning at 3:30 p.m., with all events between the two parks to begin at 4:30 p.m.

Those planning to attend are asked to bring canned goods to be distributed to local food banks and pantries.
