HALLOWEEN SAFETY EVENT - Fulton County Emergency Management, Fulton County Sheriff's Department and Ken-Tenn Emergency Medical Services joined forces Oct. 29 at The Citizens Bank parking in Hickman for their Annual Halloween Safety Event.
