Jr. Pilots win over Gleason

The Fulton County Jr. Pilots ended their home schedule for the season with a 22-12 win over Gleason.

The (5-1) Jr. Pilots took a 14-0 lead at halftime, following a second quarter 55-yard touchdown run from J’Shon Jones, and a 4-yard run from quarterback Max Gibbs.

The Jr. Bulldogs made the score 14-6 in the fourth quarter, when Garrett Pinkston crossed the goal line on a 22-yard run.

At the 3:01 mark of the final quarter, Jones scored his second touchdown of the night for Fulton County on a 40-yard pass from Gibbs.

With the score 22-6, Gleason added their final points with :35 remaining.

Pinkston scored his second touchdown on a 35-yard sweep, closing out the game at 22-16.
