FULTON BULLDOGS -- Bulldogs denied wins against Carlisle, Ballard

Fulton High School’s Bulldogs hosted Carlisle County’s Comets Jan. 28 in the FHS gym.

Dylan Jackson led the way for the hosts with 20 points, shooting 9 points at the free throw line, out of his 11 trips there, and sinking three from 3-point range, in addition to a two-point goal.

Jacob Madding banked 7 points for the Bulldogs, three 2’s and 1 from the line, with Isaiah Kimble putting 4 points on the board and Kabrian Burton, 1.

Carlisle held on to a first quarter lead, ultimately taking the win from the Bulldogs, 60-32.

On Sat., Jan. 29, Jackson once again took team high honors with 19 points, followed by Ethan Pettigrew with 15.

Jackson made a three-point basket, was successful on four of five two-pointers and made good on eight of his 11 trips to the line.

Pettigrew was a perfect four for four at the line, and added a three pointer, to his three two-point field goals.

Bulldog Jacob Madding had 7 points, Isaiah Kimble, 6 and Tristan Lalley and Kabrian Burton had two each.

Kimble hit all four of his free throws for the night, and Madding recorded a three-point basket.

Ballard’s Jase Berney had 20 points, with Jameson Smith recording 14 points in the 76-51 win for the Bombers.
