FULTON CITY COMMISSION TO MEET IN SPECIAL CALLED SESSION

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Fulton Kentucky is hereby called to meet in

a Special Call Session on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 8:00 A.M. at Fulton City Hall

Commission Room to discuss the following:

1. Consider Municipal Order 2021-76 Authorizing City Manager Mike Gunn to order a

Sewer Lift Station from Smith and Loveless to replace the existing lift station at the

corner of North College and East State Line

2. Consider Municipal Order 2021-77 authorizing City Manager Mike Gunn to sign a

contract with Bacon Farmer Workman following the review of the RFQ’s that was

submitted for professional engineering services relating to development of the Corrective

Action Plan, grant writing, grant administration preliminary engineering report and

environmental services required for an EDA Grant Application, as well as professional

planning services and professional engineering services relating to the design and

construction administration and inspection of the “Futon Wastewater Treatment

Improvement Project”
