PLACEMAKING INTERACTION

A group of 16 community members was in attendance for the first effort to seek public input in the city of Fulton, to address local challenges through a partnership with Atlas Community Studios. Interactive software, accessible through the use of cell phones, was implemented and incorporated into the power point presentation. Participants were given the opportunity to weigh in on areas of resources as well as challenges Feb. 8 at the Ponototoc Community center, in categories of identifying strategic opportunities, developing goals and action steps in creating a playbook focusing on economic development, housing and marketing.
