Methodist Men to sponsor E-Waste event

The Fulton United Methodist Church Men will sponsor an E-Waste event this Saturday, March 5, from 9 a.m. until noon, at the church, located at the corner of Carr Street and Second Street in Fulton, at the rear parking area of the church location.
This event will allow the public the opportunity to dispose of electronic devices no longer used.

The United Methodist Men will transport the devices to a recycling facility where they will be processed in an environmentally-friendly manner.

The event is a service project for the UMM, with the only fee, a $5 charge for any device with a screen. The charge is a direct pass-through of what is charged for disposal of screened devices by the recycler.
