1. Second Reading of the Revised City Ordinance 2021-10 repealing and replacing certain Sections of Chapter 48 on Traffic and Vehicles and Article II on Stopping, Standing and Parking

2. Second Reading of City Ordinance 2021-12 Amending Chapter 8 Animals Section 8-7 (A & E) Enforcement and

1. Vouchers Review; 2. Discussion of KIA Grant #21CWS032 for Replacement of Waste Water Lift Station "A" ; 3. Consider Municipal Order 2021-113 authorization for the Mayor to sign/execute a professional services agreement

with Bacon Farmer Workman for the purpose of Grant assistance and management for the KIA Grant #21CWS032 4. Discussion of reversal of USDA funding for Farmers Market 5. Discussion of Section 106 Environmental Review for the Farmers Market. This requires clearance of the Historical Buildings from the National Registry in KY Heritage Council. 6. Consider Municipal Order 2021-114 authorization for the Mayor to sign/execute National Parks Service forms 10 900-a for 300 Walnut & 306/308 Walnut to be removed from the National Register of Historic Places. 7. Discussion of the receipt of Funds from KY DLG in the amount of $819.16 from left over ARP funding, 8. Authorize the City Manger to accept a quote from Vaughn Electric to replace the Start Mechanism at the clear well. This is a replacement of an older unit. Funds are not budgeted this year and will be taken from reserve in the amount of $11,293. There will be a 12 to 15 week lead time from order date. 9. Authorize the City Manager to sign and submit a grant application for Kubota Hometown Proud Grant. This is a $100,000 non-matching grant. Funding would provide additional funding for the farmers' market and the purchase of a Kubota Tractor with attachments, Kubota Skid Steer with attachments and a hydraulic dump trailer; Other Business: From City Manager; From Commissioner; From City Attorney; From Mayor
