Hickman Chamber plans Memorial Day ceremony

The Hickman Chamber of Commerce will host a Memorial Day Ceremony May 30, at 8:30 a.m.

The event will be at the Veterans Monument at Hickman City Cemetery, on the Union City Highway in Hickman, and will honor all local soldiers who gave their lives in service to the nation.

Members of the Hickman Aubrey Townsend American Legion Post 57, invited speakers and the laying of a wreath will be included in the event's activities.

The public is invited to attend, with a special invitation extended to all veterans and members of the community.
