TVA asks Hickman Electric System customers to voluntarily reduce electric use

TVA has requested that Hickman Electric ask its customers to voluntarily reduce electricity use between 2 PM and 5 PM.

Please cut off any unnecessary lights and delay any other use of electricity, please postpone any non-essential appliances until after dusk, turn your thermostat up one degree and use fans to circulate air.
