b. Pay out $3,500 to take over lease from Terral Starks.

3. Consider Entering Into Lease Agreement

a. Property owned by Gerardo Herrera – C & X Properties.

b. Building and Parking Lot at 802 E Broadway St, Mayfield, KY for $1,300

a month for a period of 5 years.
