BANANA FESTIVAL SENIOR CITIZENS' EVENT SEPT. 14 FLASHBACK TO THE 60'S

This year's 60th celebration of the Banana Festival in the Twin Cities of Fulton, Ky. and South Fulton, Tenn. is underway now, with a free community meal provided by Tyson scheduled for this evening, along with a "Pudding Path" taste test of 10 varieties of banana pudding created by non-profit organizations for a $5 donation, chalk art for kids at Unity Park, and Faith and Family night activities from 3:30 until 7 p.m. when a community message and choir is scheduled for the Unity Park stage.
