CHILI COOK-OFF, TRUNK OR TREAT, FALL FUN FEST IN TWIN CITIES SATURDAY!

The South Fulton Parks and Rec Board, along with the Fulton Parks Board will host the annual Community Fall Fest, Trunk or Treat event Sat., Oct. 29, 5-7 p.m. in South Fulton's Unity Park and Fulton's Pontotoc Park, with a new feature this year, a chili cook-off. Entries for the chili cook-off may be taken to the Unity Park stage at 4 p.m. for judging. Trunk or treat stations will be set up throughout the parks, as well as games with prizes, bouncy house, a craft table and book give-away, hayride and candy drop by the Fulton Fire Department. Families and kids may come in costume for the activities, which will also include free hot dogs and drinks. Donations of canned goods will be accepted, to be contributed to local food banks. Rain date will be Halloween night, Oct. 31, 5-7 p.m.
