CITY OF FULTON COMMUNITY CLEAN UP INCLUDES FREE BULK TRASH, BRUSH DISPOSAL

The City of Fulton in its effort to aid in bulk trash and brush disposal will make available the bulk waste disposal site at the Public Works Office for any resident of the City of Fulton for free with extended hours. This will occur during the week of November 7th – 12th, 2022. The hours of operations will be Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. The following rules will be followed:
1. Youwillcheckinwithstaffonsitebeforebeingallowedinthegate.
2. YoumustpresentavalidIDshowingyouresideintheCityofFulton.
3. All items must be placed in the roll off dumpsters provided. The side is camera
monitored and disposing items on the ground will be prohibited with strict
enforcement and subject to a misdemeanor punishable with a $250 - $500 fine.
4. The following prohibited items are not allowed to be disposed of: Paints, Stains,
Varnishes, used motor oil, filters, automotive fluids, explosives, fireworks, syringes, lancets, pool chemicals, propane cylinders, batteries of any type, tires of any type, appliances that have not been certified freon free, and industrial chemicals.
5. DisposalofyardwasteandbrushdisposalisintendedtobeusedbyCity residents only for incidental yard waste normal to living in a residence. It is not intended to be used to dispose of large-scale tree removal or trimming by the homeowner or a person performing the removal that is receiving payment. Brush and limbs should be cut to four feet in length and be less than 6 inches in diameter.
6. Violationofanyoftheserulesshallbeconsideredamisdemeanorpunishable with a $250 - $500 fine.
