FINAL BILL - The final bill was presented to Joann West, whose home was completely destroyed in the Dec. 10, 2021 tornado that ravaged Cayce. Samaritan's Purse came and worked all summer on rebuilding a home for West. The bill is marked "Paid in Full" and given to West at the Dedication of her new home on Nov. 23. (Photo by Barbara Atwill
