Hickman Electric System to initiate rolling blackouts

Due to extreme cold weather conditions, TVA is requiring Local Power Companies to initiate rolling blackouts. We will begin deenergizing circuits at 10am for a duration of 30mins. Each Outage will impact about 250 customers and last about 30 mins. We understand the necessity of heat during these current temperatures, but these steps are necessary to prevent a whole system outage. Thank you for your patience as we work through these conditions
