AREA OBITUARIES -- MARY JOYCE CONNER

Mary Joyce Conner, of South Fulton, Tenn., passed away at her home, of natural causes, Nov. 30, 2022. She was 85 years old.

She was born Jan. 21, 1937 in Waverly, Tenn. and moved to Clinton, Ky. in 1947. She graduated from Fulgham High School in 1954, and worked for Berlins and Garan, Inc. in Clinton as Head Payroll Clerk for 17 years.

She moved to South Fulton in 1963 and worked at Turner Dairy for eight years, then worked at the South Fulton Municipal Complex until the age of 72.

She is survived by one sister, Loyce Prater of Waynesboro, Tenn. and one brother, Richard Conner of Lake Placid, Fla., formerly of Clinton, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Herbert Conner and T.C. Conner, both of Clinton, and her parents, R.A. and Maybelle Conner of South Fulton.
