DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. TO BE CELEBRATED JAN. 16 IN HICKMAN DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. TO BE CELEBRATED JAN. 16 IN HICKMAN

A city-wide celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., will be observed in Hickman on Jan. 16, beginning at 11:45 a.m.

A march will begin at New Bryant Chapel Church, Atwood Street, and end at Thomas Chapel CME, 1207 Moscow Ave. , where Rev. Dr. Lawrence Ragland will be the guest preacher.

Rev. Susan Allford, Thomas Chapel CME pastor, and congregation invite the public to attend.
