Bulldogs win 67-50
Fulton High School's Bulldogs found success on the road Jan. 14, recording a 67-50 win against Egyptian at Meridian in Mounds, Ill., at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Classic.
Bulldog Isaiah Kimble led his team with 22 points, hitting nine 2-point field goals and connecting on 4 of 9 trips to the line. He also had 22 rebounds to his credit in the match.
Fulton's Jamar Martin had 15 points in the win, from three 3-point buckets, two 2's and hitting 2 for 2 free throws. Jamal Martin had 9 points, all on successes from 3-point range.
Jacob Madding had 8 points, making good on 4 of 6 free throw attempts and adding two 2-point goals from the field, with Daveon Chiers, Corbin Fulcher and Tristan Lalley recording 4 points a piece for the Bulldogs and Charles Caveness, 1 points. Chiers had 5 boards and Caveness, 2, in the FHS win.
