CLEARING THE WAY, SO LONG AND ‘CHOP CHOP’

Structures on East State Line in South Fulton underwent demolition beginning Aug. 25, the last standing of a line of businesses once known as ‘Skid Row’. The most recent buildings once housed Duke’s Auto Parts and most notably Ray’s where generations gathered for broasted chicken, chopped barbecue, cold beverages and good music.
