Indictments delivered by Fulton County Grand Jury

Fulton Grand Jury delivered the following indictments on Nov. 8:

Malita L. Alverez, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense - heroin; trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (greater equal 10 D.U. drug unspecified); trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (greater equal four grams cocaine); trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (less than 10 D.U drug unspecified schedule 1 and 2); and possession of marijuana.

Joseph J. Barley, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree (greater equal two grams methamphetamine); failure to or improper signal; operating on a suspended license; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dawn E. Bennett, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angela Blackburn, burglary in the 3rd degree.

Pamela R. Crider, rear license not illuminated; operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with aggravating circumstances, misdemeanor; trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense (greater equal two grams methamphetamine); and possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine.

Kelli L. Frazier, possession of marijuana; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree – amphetamine; and reckless driving.

Christina Paige Greer, fraudulent insurance act, over $500.

Alvy L. Holloway, reckless driving; failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance; operating on a suspended license; drug paraphernalia – deliver/manufacture; possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine, 2nd offense; and trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd or greater (greater equal two grams methamphetamine).

Oscar Ingram, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine.

Eric S. Johnson, trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree (greater equal two grams methamphetamine); and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert W. Kimmons, sexual abuse, 1st degree; and unlawful transaction with minor, 1st illegal sex act under 14 years of age.

Cari L. Moore, theft by unlawful taking under $500; criminal mischief, 3rd degree; fraudulent use of credit card under $500 within six month period; tampering with physical evidence; and persistent felony offender, 1st degree.

Michael J. Morrison, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yogesh G. Patel, intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits $10,000.

Erik T. Pitcock, intent defraud/scheme/artifice to obtain benefits $10,000.

Jamal L. Rebecca R. Stockstill, one headlight; operating on a suspended license; failure of owner operator to maintain required insurance; no registration plates; no registration receipt; and theft of motor vehicle registration plate, renewal decal.

Phillip Bright, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, namely methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating on a suspended license; no registration plates; and failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, 1st offense.
