FIREWORKS FUN ON THE FOURTH IN FULTON

Fulton Tourism Commission brought lots of fun to Fulton on the Fourth of July, first footing the bill for the first 300 spectators at the Fulton Railroaders versus Paducah Chiefs baseball game, and then lighting up the sky with a giant fireworks display, launched from Fulton's City Park. The crowd size reached approximately 500, the largest ever at The Yard, for the game. Families and friends gathered at various sites throughout the Twin Cities of Fulton and South Fulton to view the fireworks, with the former location of Hillview Clinic creating a perfect view for the show, as large groups brought blankets and lawn chairs, and some hopped up on lowered tailgates to watch.
