Local students named to WKCTC President’s Honor, Dean’s List

The West Kentucky Community and Technical College Spring 2025 semester President’s Honor List and Dean’s List are announced, with 885 full-time and part-time students named for their academic achievement. Both lists recognize the success exhibited by the work and diligence WKCTC students bring to their studies.
For Spring 2025, 506 full-time students made the President’s Honor and Dean’s lists, and 379 part-time students made both lists.
For a full-time student to be named to the President’s Honor List students must achieve a perfect 4.0 GPA, and for the Dean’s List students must achieve a 3.5 GPA or above.
For both the President’s Honor or Dean’s lists full-time students must complete 12 hours of course work numbered 100 or above for the academic term. Part-time students must complete 3-11 hours of course work and earn a cumulative total of at least 12 KCTCS credits of course work number 100 or above. Part-time students must also declare a major in pursuit of a degree within KCTCS degree lists to be eligible.
Those from Fulton County included: President’s Honor List, full-time, Shelby Holman; President’s Honor List, part-time, Shanika Gorman, James Otts, and Mariah Taborn; Dean’s List, full-time, Madeline Gardner, Cless Holder, Martha Newton, and Shawana Vowell; and Dean’s List, part-time, Alexus Allen.
Those from Obion County, Tenn. included: President’s Honor List, full-time, Autumn Ogden; and President’s Honor List, part-time, Tabitha Jonas, Terry Mitchum, and Maribel Smith.
