MAYFIELD CHURCH TO HOLD SERVICES "DRIVE-IN" STYLE MARCH 22 MAYFIELD CHURCH TO HOLD SERVICES "DRIVE-IN" STYLE MARCH 22

Grace Life Church in Mayfield will hold services tomorrow, after the church Pastor, Chad Lamb called in to Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear's press conference March 20, to inquire about the option of "Drive-In" church services as an option.

During the press conference, Gov. Beshear stated it was a "creative solution", and as long as the service complied with requirements already in place in the state, the idea was an option.

According to Olivia Crawford, a member of the church, who also serves as the Intern there, the services will be held at 10 a.m. March 22 at 1102 Paris Road, in Mayfield, at the Mayfield Plaza. Those attending will park vehicles in every other parking space, to comply with the six feet distance requirement, and the message to be brought by Pastor Chad Lamb may be accessed in each vehicle, live, over FM radio.

Law enforcement officers will be stationed at the location's entrances to assure those in attendance remain in vehicles.

"Pastor Chad has asked that vehicles honk horns, for 'Amen' and turn on vehicle flashers in the event someone in their vehicle is saved," Crawford said.

The service is open to the public and will also be streamed live on mygracelife.online.church.
