Hickman Chamber’s Cruise-In set

The Hickman Chamber of Commerce will sponsor “Cruise-In Downtown Hickman, Ky.”, to be held May 18, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., next to the floodwall.

Participating cars will be entered into an hourly drawing for prizes, with registration required to participate.

For those who don’t have an older model car to display, those who attend may view the cars, as well as the painted murals on the floodwall, listen to music, and visit vendor booths.

Children’s games, featuring Oakwood Stables Derby and Lasso the Bull, will also be available.

According to Hickman Chamber Director Martha Campbell, Norma Pruitt with Visit West Kentucky, will be meeting with the Chamber on April 9 at the Carnegie to discuss plans for a Tourism Tour to be conducted in the area the same day.

There will be no registration fees this first year for the exhibitors or children’s games.
